Can everyone become great at doing magick, or is it more like singing, where a significant degree of talent is involved?

I'm going with the camp of both. I feel like with a sport or art form,there's inherent skill that one can possess. But I also think people can pick it up as they learn. Watching my wife's friend do a tarot reading and get some crazy stuff from it, meanwhile she's a math teacher whose been of the "magick is fake" camp until recently
