14 Day Meta Challenge (Patreon)

The Metta Challenge will be a 14 Day challenge hosted over on the Discord Server. It will involve doing a daily "Metta" or "Loving Kindness" practice. Don't worry if you don't know much about the technique, I'll be posting all the required info.  

Start Date of the first go will be:  Monday 17th of January which is this coming Monday!

Essentially, its a meditation practice where you send out Loving vibes to yourself, your family, your friends, your enemies, and the world.And then all of creation.

Its a lovely, and super powerful meditation / spiritual practice.
