Patreon and Sales Tax (Patreon)

So, Patreon is being forced to charge sales tax for some US citizens and about 16 other countries. Certain "rewards" are eligible for sales tax, and others aren't. I'm not fully sure how it all works but i think I have checked the required boxes in the right way.

This might affect some of you, I know I have been paying Sales Tax on my pledges for a few years now anyway, so I suspect some of you have been too, if you live in Europe,
