Greg, were there ever any podcast or show projects at Kinda Funny that didn’t get off the ground, but you’d want to revisit in the future? Thanks

Hello Greg, Man, you made my day. Thank you for sharing the awesome story about Ben. You are right, we think we have so much time with our children, but in reality, the moments and years will fly by in a blink of an eye. Spend as much time as you can with your kids. I will answer your questions a bit out of order. First, I am not fucking with you. My daughter's name is Marvel Natasha. I am not afraid of the ridicule that may come with having a name like Marvel Natasha. I hope that we can build her confidence and that she can take pride in the reason we gave her that name. The decision and idea to name her Marvel was my wife's. I was totally on board with it since I am a big MCU and comics fan. My wife likes the MCU, but I wouldn't say she loves it as much as I do. We went through a similar process as you and Jen. We both came up with a list of names we both loved. When coming up with our list, we had to think about names that would sound good in English and Spanish since we both have Spanish-speaking parents. The number one name on my list was Natasha (yes, like Natasha Romanoff). Then, my wife hit me with the name Marvel. I had the same reaction you had when you were trying to put words together in the car. I loved the idea of naming her Marvel, but I was scared of the weight the name may carry. My wife said, "On the surface, the name would reflect your passion for superheroes and comics, yes, but the deeper and main reason the name is so fitting is that Marvel means a wonderful and astonishing." Marvel's conception was definitely astonishing. Doctors had told us that having a child would be difficult, almost impossible, and when we tried, she was born. So, I hope she can grow up knowing that we chose her name to represent how strong and wonderful she is.
