Thank you Mike for being so vulnerable. That's two Mike ways now that I've broke down crying. Helps me feel not so alone in this great journey of life. To answer your question I don't think any of us have truly found the answer of how to recharge but for me... Ironically with you at the driving range, for me it has been darts. To be able to almost in a zen like way clear the mind to throw the darts, focus on that triple 20.. Have that sole focus with the rhythmic nature of throwing... Thud.. Thud... Thud.. Gather the darts. Score. Repeat.. Its been therapeutic for me. So I think for you finding solace in hiking or the gym or now even the driving range to take your mind off the stressors of life, I would say you are already on the right path.

Love you Mike! The tenderness in this was so wonderful. You’re bringing up how you can’t even be real with your friends like this made me think about a project my friends have worked on that you might like. No need to share on content, but just to enjoy on your own. Three childhood friends on opposite corners of the country writing letters to each other through the most eventful year of their lives. www.futureforestletters.com Whether you check that out or not, know we love ya and appreciate how much of yourself you give to us every single damn day.

Mike this was awesome man. I love how you opened up so much about family and not being a “good son” when I’m sure you’re an amazing son; I can relate since I have moved across the state with my fiancé and haven’t visited my mother a whole lot since. I can really say Kinda funny as a whole has helped me out so much the past couple years.

Probably my favorite Greg way, no offense to Greg, but this was an awesome breath of fresh air from mike and I wasn’t expecting that at all. I hope you have a great trip mike and can’t wait to hear all about it 🙏
