January's Exclusive Episode, Q&A, and Lessons Learned (Patreon)

Hey, everyone-- Wow. So. January. What a fucking ride. I tend to be verbose, so I'm going to boil this down to four points before I lose you to a wall of Text. 1) THANK YOU Holy fucking shit. We can't get over the support you've given us out the gate. You're amazing. We're beyond -- BEYOND -- motivated to make you the best content possible. 2) WE'RE SORRY Like I said, we're motivated to make you the best stuff possible. We don't feel like we did that in January. The shows were fine, but the amount of work it was to start the business, quit our jobs, and so on -- it was way more than we expected. As such, I wasn't on the Patreon Activity Walls like I should have been. Your exclusive download links were linking you to giant WAV files for the first few hours of their existence. That stuff is unacceptable. We're sorry. We've just about settled into the new life, and that's meant getting things down on paper. We now have standing times to record The GameOverGreggy Show and the Kinda Funny Gamescast as well as standing times to PUBLISH them on Patreon. This means the episodes going live late Thursday afternoon PT so that we can troubleshoot on the spot and not wake to bad news. Life's about to the new normal.
