Gwyneth is a frilly sweater dress, with frills around the neck. 

I made this from scratch, it uses Bibo+ thicc chest, bibo+ bottoms. 

Shoes are a port from Renderosity.

Dress comes with and without ruffles around the neck and a bunch of prints to pick from!! 

Dress affects the Ishgardian Gown, shoes affect Neo-Ishgardian Boots of Casting.
