November video! (Patreon)

Hey guys,

November vid is up, "Sperm Growth part 2", which is a direct follow-up of last month's clip, but the doctor who prescribed the fertility drug is now joining the fun! I've added a bit more on the story side and put in place the scenario for the subsequent parts, where I'm planning get things bigger, larger and eventually abnormally huger! :D
