Godzilla II: King of the Monsters was such a fantastic movie. As in, fantasy comes first, reality goes out the window. I love that! 

Usually, for Hollywood doing foreign stuff, it's 95% about adapting the source to USA culture + realism, and 5% about the actual source material. This time, the writers/director knew their material enough to sneak some references and make it more about the monsters and the fantasy, and less about "making it believable". 

At the very least, it deserves some sexy fanart! :D
