The Vial of the Sands is a highly sought-after mount in World of Warcraft, and for good reason. Not only is it visually impressive, but it is also extremely lucrative to craft and sell. However, obtaining the recipe for the mount can be a challenge, as it has a low drop chance from Tol'Vir Fragment solves through Archaeology.

Once you have the recipe, you will need a variety of materials to craft the Vial of the Sands, including Pyrite Ore, Volatile Fire, Volatile Water, Volatile Air, Volatile Life, Whiptail, Azshara's Veil, Cinderbloom, and Albino Cavefish. These materials can be expensive to acquire, but there are ways to reduce the cost of crafting the mount.

One way to do this is through the use of the Transmutation Master and Elixir Master abilities for Alchemists. These abilities give you a chance to craft additional transmutes or flasks, respectively, which can help reduce the overall cost of crafting the mount. Additionally, the Deepstone Oil, which is crafted from Albino Cavefish, has a built-in proc chance of 50%, meaning you will get more oil for the same amount of fish.

Finally, there are two investment items required to craft the Vial of the Sands: a Pyrium Laced Crystalline Vial and eight Sands of Time. These items can be expensive, but you can reduce their cost by gaining reputation with the Uldum Accord through the Uldum N'zoth Invasions in Battle for Azeroth. If you are Horde-aligned, you can also use the Goblin racial to bypass the need for reputation and receive the cost reduction immediately.

By following these tips, you can craft the Vial of the Sands at a lower cost, which will allow you to make more gold when selling the mount on the Auction House.
