16. How To Craft, Mekgineer's Chopper (Patreon)

To obtain the recipe for the Mekgineer's Chopper mount in World of Warcraft, you must first become Exalted with either the Alliance Vanguard or Horde Expedition. You can earn reputation with these factions by completing heroic runs of the Pit of Saron dungeon in Northrend. This will likely take around 40 runs, or about 4 hours of time, to achieve Exalted status.

Once you have the recipe, you can craft the Mekgineer's Chopper by gathering the following materials:

36 Titanium Bars or 72 Titanium Ore (can be transmuted from Saronite Bars with a transmute master for a 20% greater yield)

12 Eternal Fire, 12 Eternal Shadow, and 12 Eternal Earth (can be purchased from the Frozen Orb vendor in Dalaran or found on the auction house)

40 Cobalt Ore or 40 Cobalt Bars (can be mined in the Borean Tundra in Northrend)

2 Arctic Fur (can be farmed by skinning certain mobs in Ice Crown Citadel, or purchased on the auction house)

8 Goblin Machined Pistons and 1 Elementium-Plated Exhaust Pipe (can be purchased from a vendor at K3 in Storm Peaks for a flat rate of 12,500 gold per mount)

Keep in mind that the Mekgineer's Chopper is a mount for Engineers, so you will need to have the Engineering profession in order to craft it. With the necessary materials and recipe, you should be able to create your own Mekgineer's Chopper mount.
