Following through this Questchain you will unlock your base on the Broken Shore. 

This is where you will recive Reputation moving forward.

The way in which you gain reputation is by completing the Questchain and Dailies which reward a sizable amount of rep.

Though, you are able to complete World Quests here for Additional Reputation which can go Towards Cachés, which can give you 1500 Reputation for completion.
