Talon's Vengeance:

In order to gain Reputation with this faction you must first have obtained a falcosaurus mount.

Step 1: 

If you already have the mount, next go see Aviana in Highmountain.

/way #650 32.2 66.8 Aviana

You will want to obtain the item, Ivory Talon

Step 2:

Using this item will make you Hostile to EVERYONE!

However, in PvP Area and Falcosaur Zones in the Broken Isles, you will want to slay other players!

This will drop, Mark of Prey

These will increase your reuptation with this faction by 100, meaning you will be farming other players for thsi rep.

You will gain one of these items for every kill.

Step 3:

Once you have reached Honored with Talon's Vengeance return to Aviana.

This is to obtain the item, Ivory Feather

You will want to use this from now on in PvP Battlegrounds for gaining the remaining Reputation.
