This Reputation is gathered through Quests within Tannan Jungle. 

You are given one Weekly Quest for Reputation which is Called, Rumble in the Jungle

/way #534 55.2 74.8 Z'tenga the Walker

This requires you to Slay 3 Rares in the Near by Area and as such rewards you with 3500 Rep with this faction.

However, you are able to grind out this Reputation if you so wish. 

This is done with the Quest, Tooth and Claw

Horde - Turn In:

/way #534 59.6 45.8 Nimi Brightcastle

Alliance - Turn In:

/way #534 57.8 59.8 Parvink

You will be Farming for Tanaan Jungle Tooth

For every 100 you obtain and Turn in you will recive 1500 Reputation with this Faction.

The Drop chance for these items is around 95% - 97% per mob.

Farming Location:

/way #534 55.0 64.6 Doomwing Rylak

You will need to farm all mobs in the area and as such will obtain these for completing the Quest.
