Hellscream's Reach:

To gain reputation with this faction you must head towards the Tol Barad Peninsula.

Head to your Capital city Portals and you will find the portal for Tol Barad.

Method:

There are multiple way to gain Reputation with this faction.

You will be given 6 Daily quests each rewarding you with 350 Rep Each (2100 Per Day)

The Raid Baradin Hold rewards you with Reputation for each boss slain.

Though, you will need to control the area to do this raid.

PVP battles for the Zone happen once every hour which means that you don't have wait long to do this raid.

Along with capturing the zone you will gain additional Dailiy Quests and Bonus Reputation.
