Friendly - Exalted:

Staying in the Twilight Highlands, head toward Provisioner Whitecloud <Guardians of Hyjal Quartermaster>

This is Where you will want to Purchase the Item, Tabard of the Guardians of Hyjal

This will give you Reputation for Cataclysm Dungeons while you are wearing it.

Dungeons List:

- Blackrock Caverns (Heroic)

- Throne of the Tides (Heroic)

- The Stonecore (Heroic)

- Vortex Pinnacle (Heroic)

- Lost City of Tol'vir (Normal/Heroic)

- Halls of Origination (Normal/Heroic)

- Grim Batol (Normal/Heroic)

- Shadowfang Keep (Heroic)

- The Deadmines (Heroic)

To speed this up you will want to go for Normal Dungeons as they can be run 10 times per hour also rewarding reputation.

These are the Lost City of Tol'vir, Halls of Origination and Grim Batol.

The best for running the Dungeon would be for Lost City of Tol'vir as the mobs are quite well packed together making it alot easier to run.
