After this quest chain has been completed Ending in Nagrand you will have already started gaining Reputation.

This is great but in order to become Exalted this will require you to do a Repeatable Quest Called 

- More Warbeads!

This is where you will be wanting to gather 

- Obsidian Warbeads

and you will be repating this for 500 rep for each 10x Obsidian Warbeads

Depending on your Reputation this can take quite a while in order to do but the mounts are worthit!
