Bloodsail Buccaneeres:

In order to gain Reputation with the Bloodsail buccaneeres you will need to Slay Any of the Mobs in Either Ratchet, Booty-bay, Everlook and Gadgetzan.

This best way to gain Reputation is to head to Gadgetzan and Slay the guards there. These respawn very fast and reward reputation when slaying them. 

However, you can increase the rep gained by doing this a group which speeds the grind up even faster.
