Becoming Exalted by the Argent Dawn is a straight forward affair. 

This will require you to Complete the Quest 

Annals of the Silver Hand

at Lights Hope Chapel From Lord Raymond George

Once this quest has been completed once you will be able to repeat it as many times as you want. 

It will require you to go into the Stratholme Dungeon and obtain 

Annals of the Silver Hand

one thing to note is that you can only run a Dungeon 10 times per hour which means this is somewhat capped.

However, this quest will reward you with 2100 Reputation for each completion and will take roughly 20 runs to become exalted.
