To gain reputation with the the Timbermaw Hold you will need to have completed the Quest started by Grazle located in Felwood.

This quest chain will reward you with alot of reputation with this faction and you should complete every quest to make this as fast as possible.

After the Quest chain is complete you will have to Slay Furblog's in Winterspring these will give anyware from 5 - 25 reputation depending on the mob in question.
