This week we will be going through market shifts and also maximising your gold for time spent on farming and crafting

1. Flask Influx

In the last couple of weeks across most servers we have seen an influx of Flasks and Potions selling more while the price has been staying relatively the same. Though this maybe happening due to different events and people buying in mass because of them we should still take into account of purchasing our mats still for cheaper in order to keep up with demand but reducing the chance of undercuts by sourcing our mats more effectively. I would suggest looking at the potion or flask that is selling the best on your sever and looking at the mats used in them then looking at the highest priced mat and looking it up on the underminejournal to see when the price drops during a given week so you can buy out the bulk of your mats for cheaper and then craft and hold for the following raid night. This should help increase profits but also protect you more if someone comes along and drops the price of the flasks.

2. Titanium Bar Transmutes

As for Alchemy, Transmutation master is a great proc to have especially if you are doing that will bulked transmutes. A thing is am observing at the moment is the price of transmutable crafts going up. With this we can use our Transmute alchemist to mass craft things like Titanium Bars and proc more for the same cost this is doing quite well at this point and I would suggest people to do the same as the supply for some of these mats are being farmed with mining we can take advantage of our procs and be more competitive in regards to selling mass amounts of these procs and be able to keep up with the supply more.

3. Legendary Price Drops

Over the last few weeks we have a seen more and more gold makers heading towards Crafted Legendaries. Now this is good because there is clearly a market but overall the more people that are joining the market to sell these will increase the supply to the point in which we will see prices drop , I would suggest monitoring this market as I am already seeing signs on multiple servers that the price of these legendaries are starting to drop in value as well as the high Rank ones so just something you should be mindful of progressing into the future.

4. Fast Sales / Med Profit

In Shadowlands there are definitely great ways to make gold, for example Gathering is really strong way to make gold at the moment but also crafting is quite good for regular gold as well, though there is some things to take in account. I have noticed that the Price of production is high where the price of profit ( profit margin ) is lower. This is seeming to be a trend across most servers so in regards to making gold with crafting it is seeming that focusing on Fast selling items that produce at least 20% to 40%+ profit is the ideal spot for retaining a good gold flow overall.

5. Cutting The Fluff

Now as for my last point for the week we are seeing a lot of people crafting tons of items and farmers gathering lots of everything. Well this is good as there is a good supply of everything on the auction house. We as gold makers should start focusing on our time management more and cutting anything that does not return a set amount of gold for our time spent. This in essence is cutting out anything that is not working or even producing a low return and start focusing on medium or high returns for our time in which we can use that cut time to farm or craft more high value items in which to sell. Even taking the time to just go through what you have on the auction house or even seeing what is selling well for a good return is a good idea to see what you should focus more on doing into the future and what is not working stopping those practises moving forward.
