The boy on the right you mean? I actually didn't like the left too much. I love the shape of sheaths and it seems to detract from it sadly.... but the concept of a device secured with a piercing reminds me of back in the dark ages I was reading some cuckold fiction from old dirty physical books. The stories kept mentioning a "frenum chastity piercing." From the best I could gather from the context and the art the concept was a ring just under the head secured with a piercing. Hey, I actually had one of those, more or less. I got a frenum piercing as part of a Jacobs ladder, and while the Jacobs ladder didn't stick, the frenum piercing did, and I even had a ring, like you described, except it didn't do anything as you described. The reason I thought both are a good combination because a sheath is stretchy, and just pinning it shut won't do much to prevent an erection, but I still like the aesthetic of cock peircings. So if you have a cage inside the sheath that is held in place with piercings THROUGH the sheath instead of a ring around the nuts, then you reduce the constriction on the balls, make it less likely to accidentally cause damage, and you still get the full restriction of a caged chastity device, but that was just my reason for choosing what I did.
