Hot Fresh New Discord Server Invite (Patreon)

As I'm doing some housekeeping around here, I wanted to put up a fresh invite to the Discord server for new patrons or anyone who hadn't seen yet that it exists.

And not only does it exist, it's WONDERFUL. Somehow we have managed to, very smoothly, kind of recreate the internet as it was back in the mid 00s? It's kind and nice and yet still full of memes and discussion and silliness and support and occasionally analyzing, without participating in, drama from around the rest of the net.

It's this beautiful little bubble of excellent people not being dicks to each other and still managing to do all the things one does online. I love it to PIECES. 

In fact, it's so great that, at my first post-pandemic in-person reading in Seattle last month, someone asked about my Patreon benefits, and after I listed what I thought was all of them, several people in unison shouted YOU FORGOT THE DISCORD SERVER! 

It is good, my friends.

Please do not distibute it to non-patrons who aren't also a part of your household (i.e. if you are a patron, but your husband or wife or bff roommate is not, that's cool, you're all in a household, shoot it over to them.
