I have completed the Blacksmith NPC replacer!

It has eight different versions: Human and monster, both with nude and clothed versions as well as hidden and visible eye versions. Do note that the hallucination images are the monster version regardless of which mod you pick.

These are turning out to be more effort than I originally anticipated. I think I will go back to working on the Man-at-Arms and the rest of the hero replacers once I am done with the Town NPCs, instead of continuing on the monster concepts like I had originally planned. I will still probably work a bit on the monster concepts on the side though.

Compatibility

This mod only touches png files, so it should be perfectly compatible with anything that does not touch those specific files.

Install / Uninstall

To install: Download and extract the zip file and pick the version you want to use. Drop it into the "mods" folder inside your DarkestDungeon directory. After that enable it within Darkest Dungeon by pressing on the hammer icon on your save file and checking the box on my mod. Place it high in the load order.

To uninstall: Delete the mod from the "mods" folder inside your DarkestDungeon directory.

will you do a modbundle once all are done? so one mod for all the NPC?

I guess it would be all townsfolk with the 8 different varieties as a whole?

Oh, I see. I thought as well these could be easier to be made as they don't need animation compatibility. Anyway it's quite nice change of pace and to get this awesome set of town's folk from you. As long as you feel alright with it, then it's fine. I wonder if you will come up with some changes for heroes replacers ^^. I mean this change of work could be inspiring in some way

I love how your art style makes your replaces pop out, but dont completely destroy the feel of the game, at least that is my opinion on them, keep up the great work and may you enjoy it. ^-^
