Dain-App 0.36 (Patreon)

First version of CLI support and a few bugs fixes:

Fixes:

• Mode 3 was generating a really high framerate. This should be fixed now.
• Improved quality of output video if audio is turned on.
• Slight changes in how Mode 3 and 4 select the frames.

CLI:

Now you can use the application in command prompt!
