"This is not an ASMR video" is an ASMR video meant to have a little fun with opposites and word play whille being full of soothing sounds mean to trigger your ASMR, provide relaxation, help relieve stress and even help you sleep. It includes such sounds as crinkling plastic, touching the camera, brushing the camera, tongue clicking, closeup whispering and more. It also has a beer review of Wells Brewers Banana Bread beer. I do not thank you for watching nor do I thank you for your support. Do not Tingle On, E.R. Why am I whispering? ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and is the current name given to the feeling characterized as a pleasurable tingling sensation felt in the head, scalp, back and other regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli, such as crinkling bags, hand motions, whispering and personal attention. My videos are not only meant to help induce ASMR or tingles, but also help provide a relaxing, calming and soothing experience for the viewer while helping to provide stress relief (especially for those suffering from depression, anxiety and even PTSD), help people sleep and even serve as a study aid.
