EmulationStation 3.0 update (Patreon)

Hello everyone, as many of you have suffered, yesterday dropped the 3.0 update for ESDE, breaking several people installations, I tried to apply hot fixes as fast as I could but a lot of you were faster than me and you had your installations borked :(

On SteamOS the changes were only one directory that changed its name, but for Windows there were a lot more changes that completely broke EmuDeck.

SteamOS
-Make sure your .emulationstation folder inside your user folder is now called ES-DE

Windows
- Reinstall ESDE from EmuDeck. (never from ESDE itself )
- Reset SRM settings ( to fix the launcher )
- Make sure you have this folder: USERFOLDER\EmuDeck\EmulationStation-DE\ESDE and if you have a folder named USERFOLDER\EmuDeck\EmulationStation-DE\.emulationstation just rename it to ESDE and if you have both merge the contents from .emulationstation to ESDE
