EmuDeck 2.2.4 RC & Android Early Access (Patreon)

Hello! new release, new features, this is the RC for the next public release, so things should be working pretty good. Here comes the usual list of changes:

SteamOS

- New Emulators: Sega Model 2, Sega Model 3.
- Improved uninstaller
- Updated Dolphin controls to avoid the issue where they could be irresponsive after waking up from sleep.
- Some small bug fixes like the sudo window appearing on install.

Windows
- Android: Setup your Android device with your favourite emulators.
Some small bug fixes.

How does it work?
- First you need to put your device into developer mode and activate USB debugging. ( https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/p7DDuq56suU )
- Plug the device into your PC, accept all prompts both in the device and in the PC so they can talk to each other.
- Open EmuDeck, go to the new Android section at the top, select where you want your roms to be stored and that's it. Future versions will allow to customize the installation, right now is like Easy mode on good old EmuDeck.

Things to have in mind
- This is a very rough version, so like always...expect bugs
- RetroArch & Pegasus are the only apps in this first release.
- EmuDeck for Android will replace your current RetroArch installation and change some settings.
- You'll need to manually deactivate overlays for 4:3 Devices.
- If your device is not detected by EmuDeck but it is by Windows, restart EmuDeck and try again.
- This has been tested on a Samsung Galaxy A70, Retroid Pocket 2S, Retroid Pocket 3+ and Odin Pro.
