A little tease of what's to come soon... (Patreon)

Hi, things seems to be good related to bugs, there's still some but they are more like edge cases and are less frequent so I've been able to start working on new stuff.

Ive' already shared the rom manager we are making and today I want to talk what's coming soon.

EmuDeck Android

After several tests and my head hitting the wall multiple times, EmuDeck Android has pivoted a little: it won't be a dedicated app, at least at launch.
This is because of the limitations Android have in place because of it's security measures since Android 11, so in order to automate everything as much as I can you'll setup your Android device using the current EmuDeck app. Expect a first beta in maybe the next couple of weeks.

EmuDeck SteamOS 2.3
This was supposed to be the holiday update part 2 but things got complicated, this is what this new release will add:

- New onboarding to make it copying games and roms easier for novice users

- New emus: Flycast, Model 2, Model 3.

- New UI

- Pegasus Frontend

- Resolution Selector

- Improved Linux, chimeraOS and bazzite support

- AutoSudo to auto install Decky and EmuDecky

- New unified Steam Input profiles

Expect a EA release in the next couple weeks and a public release in about a month from now.

Windows EmuDeck 2.3
We will add the the fixes already present on the EA builds, but nothing else enew since we are focused in SteamOS right now. 2.4 will add the new Sega emulators since all the new SteamOS Sfeatures are already present in Windows 2.2

MacOS EmuDeck 2.4
This was almost finished but work was posponed to work on SteamOS, I hope to launch the first beta with 2.4 in the future.
