Windows Bug Fixes (Patreon)

Hi!
Quick round of bugfixes:

PrimeHack:
- Now launches correctly
- Fixed wrong rom directory name and SRM Parser. Folder is primehack, not primehacks.
- Fixed unresponsive controls.
Reset configuration for SRM and Primehack to get this fixes. You'll need to parse the primehack games using SRM again.

Pegasus
- Fixed uninstaller
- Fixed Pegasus appearing twice in manage emulators
- Fixed icon on Manage Emulators
You don't need to do anything to apply this fix, opening EmuDeck will fix them.

This weekend I'm out on a trip, I'll try to answer all pending messages until I'm back on Monday to fix more known bugs like:
- EmulationStation ignoring selected theme on install.
- Pegasus also ignoring selected theme on install.
- SRM parsers getting confused in SRM with Internal and SD Card.
- Some texts not being visible in light modes of the new UI.
- Some emulators on SteamOS won't reset it's configuration.
etc..
