EmuDeck 2.1.20 Hotfixes 🔥🔥🔥 (Patreon)

Hi, yesterday's release had a couple of really bad bugs. this update solves them:

- Looking for updates loop on Windows.
- Fixed Steam ROM Manager not loading on Linux
- Added a Parser Manager in Manage Emulators -> Steam Rom Manager, so you can configure what systems you want to use for Steam. ( There's a bug on windows where it says that the configuration has failed, but it's a false positive... I'm working on it! )

Open EmuDeck to get this hot fix release, if it doesn’t update just download it again using the good old .bat and .desktop files
