Hello again, it seems GitHub is compiling corrupted installers, this could cause the installer to delete the app or just hang forever while updating.

I've manually compiled 2.2.26 instead of using Github servers to compile EmuDeck and everything is working as it should.

If your EmuDeck.exe was deleted install it from here:
