Hey guys,

So first off before anything today is the day I fight in a Chess Boxing match in Los Angeles!!

Today has been a long day coming and I’d lie if I said I wasn’t anxious. Win or lose I just want to put up a good fight on the board and in the ring. It’s been quite a journey this year, getting fit and pushing myself in ways I never felt possible.
Still winning would be the cherry on top.

Honestly, I'm just looking forward to escaping LA after this fight is over and retreating to slightly less chaotic UK to enjoy the holiday season. IN-N-OUT burger didn't impress me, the highways are absurd and the nice bits up in the Hollywood hills seem like a world away from downtown LA where I've been staying.
