Hi everyone!

I have a quick question for you: I frequently get asked questions about how to run my phased battle maps. I tend to respond with some very general advice, but now I wonder whether it would be helpful if I had encounters to go together with my phased maps for you all?

And if so, would you prefer D&D5e compatible encounters, or system agnostic? Or both?

Please let me know your thoughts, so I could think about how to make it happen in the future!

Also wanted to say you should so what you like, great to switch it up a little here and there but if you love maps feel free to stick to making cool maps :)

Thank you! My biggest strength is my maps, so that's what I will always focus on! I wouldn't compromise my map making by spreading myself too thin and try to do all the things myself :), so I will likely be looking into hiring a writer to do the encounters for my maps, if the community decides that that's what they want!

Voted for 5e encounters, but wanted to elaborate. I usually make up my own stories, so I don't really NEED them. They can be a great source of inspiration, though. But as it's mostly for inspiration, I wouldn't need any stats, and the encounter wouldn't need to be super detailled. If you come up with something, that's fantastic, and I might use it occasionally. But there's no real need for it. ;-)
