Jumping Challenge with Floating Rocks Battle Map [40x70] (Patreon)

Hi everyone!

Pardon the uncreative title of this release lol. This week I have this jumping challenge battle map for you. There are a lot of variations available for this one (18 total), so this release will give you some flexibility as to how to use this map. There are variations with and without glyphs, with and without floating rocks, over air as well as over water and with different types of weather conditions and time of the day. There is also the free version of this map available for download at the bottom of this post (grid and no grid versions).

The key for this map is D&D 5e compatible, but I am sure you can convert it to any game system.

Any rocks that don't have any symbols on them float in the air, but will drop down 6 seconds after someone steps on them.

Rocks with the white waves on them are safe. They will continue hanging in the air if someone steps on them.

Rocks with this green symbol on them are sticky. When someone tries to jump off of this rock, they will have disadvantage on their dexterity checks.

Rocks with a blue leaf on them explode whenever someone touches them. When someone jumps on one of these, they have to roll a  DC 15 dexterity check to land softly on this rock. On success, the rock acts like a regular rock, dropping down after 6 seconds. On failure, the rock explodes, dealing 1d6 damage and pushing them 10 ft in a random direction.

Rocks with the yellow symbol give the "feather fall" effect to whoever jumps on top of it. It then falls down after 6 seconds.

All rocks return to their original position at dawn.
