There is a legend that a long time ago, the Golden Hollows Crevice was guarded by a titan minotaur named Trivir. Trivir was known to be a fearsome, yet fair adversary. That is until a lich decided to move into the safe chasms of the nearby mountains. A battle ensued. The minotaur fell to the evil magic of the undead, only to be woken back up to carry out the lich's wishes. Bound to this realm by an evil force, Trivir guarded the entrance into the lich's domain until a party of mighty adventurer's defeated him yet again.

These days, Trivir's skull rests on a narrow pass over the Golden Hollows, reminding those who venture further of his might. Rumor has it though, that yet another ferocious beast has been seen lurking in the shadows of this realm. Did some other mighty force make its home nearby the colossal fossil?

Hi Everyone!

This week I have quite a few goodies to release to you. This map is in collaboration with Underground Oracle Publishing, specifically I created this map for their creature Xarlphus. If you are not familiar with UO Publishing, they are a wonderful couple of creators who publish such things as creatures, races, feats, archetypes and much more! They are definitely worth checking out!

All of my Patrons get a FREE copy of this creature from UO Publishing!

This release is a bit different for me, since I used a different style than what I normally would. There are a few benefits to this style.

1. It is a more realistic way of portraying a setting. This would probably be closer to concept art than a traditional TTRPG map. I guess this would really be a personal preference whether you like something more realistic or not. Would love to hear from you in the comments in regards to this!

2.  This style is much faster, which leaves me enough time to do MORE for you. If I see that this style is successful, I will be able to also provide landscape sketches (or even fully rendered artwork down the line) of the settings. I think there is a great benefit to having a landscape version of the map as it gives you a lot better idea of the surroundings and what the map actually is. It is also optional, so if it doesn't fit what you want, you don't have to use it. This time I have a quick landscape sketch of the area. Please let me know your thoughts on this approach.

And here are the variations available to different Patron tiers

The grid and no grid versions of the map are attached below.

If you are already a Patron, thank you very much for your support!

If you are not a Patron yet, please consider supporting me. For as little as $1/mo you will gain access to over 40 maps. You will also help support my work, so I could keep providing free content to our wonderful TTRPG community.
