Foundry + DWW and future plans update! (Patreon)

Hi Everybody!

There are a few things that I wanted to update you on and also ask your opinions!

First and foremost, 27 of my maps are now available on Foundry VTT, fully pre-configured with walls and light sources and ready for play!  Foundry VTT is a standalone application built for experiencing multiplayer tabletop RPGs using a feature-rich and modern self-hosted application where your players connect directly through the browser. This application costs $50 - and it is a ONE TIME FEE. Once you pay that, you have it forever, with all the software and content updates too! You can see my page on Foundry VTT's website here. 

To install the map pack, here's what to do:

Once you have the Foundry app installed, go to "Add-On Modules" on the Configuration and Setup screen.

Then click "Install Module" on the bottom left of the screen.

You will see a pop up window with a list of available modules. In "Filter Packages" you can just type my name "Domille" and my package will come up. Click "Install".

The application will take a few seconds to install the package. Once it is done, you can navigate to your already existing world (or create a new one) and navigate to "Game Settings", then click 'Manage Modules".

Once clicked, a pop up window will appear with all the installed modules you already own. Find my map pack there, and make sure the check mark next to it is checked. Then click  "Save Module Settings".

This will import the map pack into this world. You can then go to "Compendium Packs". Once there, you will see my pack installed under "Scene". Click the map pack. 

This will show you all the maps that are included with this pack. You can now either drag and drop or right click and "Import" any map from this list into your "Scenes Directory".

Once you are in the Scenes Directory, you will see the imported map here. Right click the map and then click "Activate". This will put my map on the playing field! And you are done!

I would highly recommend to give Foundry VTT a try. I was truly blown away at the amount of features this virtual tabletop has.

In further news, within the next few weeks, bar anything really bad or completely unexpected happening, I will be switching my focus to Patreon completely. I am planning on working on Patreon full time in 2-3 weeks, keeping some other TTRPG stuff as side projects. What does it mean for you?

Well, first, it means you will see a lot more content from me. I will be keeping the paid releases to 2-4 a month, but you will see a lot more free content from me from then on.

Second, once that happens, I am planning on adding an extra tier, where I will do monthly releases of all of my maps pre-configured for all of the various VTTs, Foundry VTT included - meaning walling, light sources, notes etc. This will make it a lot easier to use my maps with just either a click of the mouse, or a map pack download where you would just have to install it in your game, with it being ready to play as soon as you do. I would really like to see your feedback on this! Is this something you would really like to see from me? Would it make your life easier?

And one last thing I wanted to mention. While this current map pack has 27 of my maps, I am planning on regularly updating it, so you will see it grow over time!
