cioccolata and secco Are actually the ones who tortured and killed 2 members of Risotto’s team (Sorbet and gelato). In the flashback all the way in early part 5, we are shown 2 obscured men, one man has a camera and is filming the torture (Secco) and the other has exact same hair as cioccolata (Dude with the mold stand ability) who was actually the one who chopped off sorbet into 36 pieces and sent them via mail to risotto as a punishment and final warning for trying to uncover diavolo’s identity. No wonder why Diavolo himself considers these 2 the most savages and “the worst piece of shit on the face of the earth” says a lot about both of them and comes straight from the boss of the gang himself, diavolo. This part is very brutal and dark. crazy to think that part 5 was published as a Shonen manga back in the 90s for teenage kids🗿

Nah. If DIO created the arrows it would've been shown, it's also beyond Dio's time since he becomes a vampire during Part 1, he was an ordinary human that didn't exist beforehand since Phantom Blood takes place in the 1880s.
