In the quiet woods near Eldertop, a hermit resides in his secluded shack. The hermit has happened upon a powerful amulet, and now his dreams have become all too real. Portals have been appearing inexplicably and the mayor of Eldertop has found the center of the strange activity. A group of adventurers is summoned to investigate and restore order.
