I'm glad to see you had fun watching that one and yes you pronounced the title of it correctly at the beginning; Idiocracy being a mix of the words "Idiot" and "democracy"

I just think this movie is overrated because the concept really resonates with people, but the execution of it is... fine. I think there are some great *parts* to it - him escaping prison is great - but overall it's okay more than great. I just feel like it hammers the same joke a lot. Pretty good cast; I'm mildly surprised Upgrayedd wasn't played by Craig Robinson. People like to say that Idiocracy was prophetic, given everything, but in Idiocracy the smartest person alive was put in charge of things and made President. Wouldn't that be nice? (Not to get political, but I live in America so... the opposite of that.)
