Tier name changes (Patreon)

Decided to change up the names of the tiers to make them a cooler theme and have a clearer progression.

The tiers themselves and their bonuses haven't actually changed.

Well, the commission discount for being a Drake and up was changed. Inflation and the economy and all that.
