A distinctive member of the Devil family. Gazers are recognized by their, as their name would imply, the large inhuman single eye on their face, however they are host to a number of other traits that tie them to their fellow devils, including leathery wings, claws, and unnatural skin coloration.

The Gazer has a powerful eye, and the typical individual may have an impressive amount of magic, but the source of this magic and its limits is a mystery. Their abilities place them on the middle-high rank of devil hierarchy.

Always watching, piercing through every concealment, a Gazer can see beyond what others can normally see. It is said their vision can even reach through the fog of the mind, or pierce through the cosmos and into the stars.

Perhaps it's because of their True Sight that they do not behave very demon-like, although they may be very invasive. In particular, certain subjects have been found staring longingly in certain directions, or at certain people, for long periods of time without blinking. Some Gazers have gone to say that it is impossible to compare a Gazer's vision to any other race.

Not that the eye on their face may not always be the only one. It is said that more powerful Gazers can grow additional eyes across their body, and an injured eye will grow back over time, meaning a Gazer can never truly go blind.
