If it’s going to get to the point where Ferdafs isn’t even going post updates I’m disappointed. I would rather be kept updated even if it’s not what we want to hear.

I think I'll start posting more on lens soon. There just isn't much to update on except that I'm in very early stages where I'm working on script and some CG's.

Honestly he can’t please everyone, it’s really annoying whenever he puts out a pic of the previous patch and you’ll see a bunch of comments “so when’s next patch (:” like the demand for instant gratification is insane here. He puts out one patch and a couple weeks later people are clamoring for the next. Honestly I’m impressed he’s able to put out patches and updates as quick as he does as well as fixing the program on software he’s unfamiliar with

For those of us who are actually donating monthly, i dont think wanting to know when we can expect the next patch is asking too much. It takes all of 2 minutes to write a short post, saying here is where I am at, and here is how much i have left to do.

For the record Joe I am one of the patrons who donates monthly but that in no way entitles me or you for that matter to demand updates from Ferdafs. We pay the monthly amount and get access to his content. Nowhere in there does it say we have a right to badger him every week or so for the next update. Honestly there crowd here can be worse than children in a toy store

So suggestion ferdafs and I'm not sure how to implement this but if you take a look at DarkCookies page there is a progress bar. Something like that on the page could eliminate a lot of people asking for updates. I can link the patreon page if you need it.

Asking for an update on the progress of the next patch and demanding a new patch are two completely different things. You're entitled to your own opinion, but if i am financially helping fund something. I am entitled to know the progress of the thing that is being funded, that's just common sense. I'm personally not on here enough to ask for updates weekly. Although, when it gets to around a month and i havent heard anything, forget worrying about the patch itself. I at least want to know the progress that has been made. I have no issue waiting a month or two for a new patch, because i realize creating a game (especially solo) takes time. That being said a monthly update, for those donating 5, 10 or 20 dollars a month is not being entitled its just fair.
