Somatic = bodily, e.g. somatic mutations in which genes mutate in a person's cells causing cancer instead of during the reproductive process causing an inborn genetic disease. You guys are thinking of the unproven hypothesis of psychosomatic phenomena. Any doctor who says somatic when they mean psychosomatic is not a real doctor, run away fast.

Havana syndrome is absolutely caused by enemy remote military weapons, don't fall for the cruel and now proven medical gaslighting policy of the US military. Their own documents prove they know that the psychosomatic theory is a dumb excuse they made up. The long-term effects of chemical weapons have a history of being covered up by militaries in the same way, not to mention industrial cover-ups of workplace exposures that businesses call psychosomatic because they don't want to compensate their damaged workforce, or the 911 first responders with deadly diseases they were first told they imagined.
