It's finally time for the boys to return to the topic of Scientology, this time looking at the subject through the lens of L. Ron Hubbard's elusive successor, the"Captain of the Sea Org", David Miscavige. In this first episode we take a look at the early life of Miscavige and learn how his "military style" upbringing and egotistical wit helped him climb to the top of the organization and become the new leader of Scientology.

Just a lil side note: I have a theory that the term “Old Wives Tale” goes back to the witch trials and the original meaning discredits the “wise women” of the time period. Food for thought stoked for more Scientology 🖤🖤🖤

In the UK it's only really used about health and medical claims, so I've always had the impression it's about folksy medicine, which was the domain of local wise women before Christianity in Europe and before witches and wizards were persecuted. It's said to associate a health claim with the sort of treatments that people used even pre-Dark Ages, like swallowing live frogs.
