I absolutely did, too. I think we all did.

Many years ago, my sister and I took some Brit friends to a Red Sox game. At one point, of them said something about “taking it up the Gary.” Perplexed, my sister and I pressed for an explanation. “It’s rhyming slang. Gary Glitter - shitter.” When I tell you it was like getting a birthday present when it’s not your birthday. My sis and I use “Gary” in this capacity to this day.

The superman ride was in Kentucky Kingdom in Louisville KY. Shortly after, the whole park closed for repairs and didn't open again until a few years ago.

You would be surprised how frequently vehicle crash victims are run over by more than one vehicle. I've read fatal crash reports for a bike advocacy group in Portland and have read multiple reports of this happening

Yep!! I will never ever forget the detail, "They tell you not to wear flip flops, in case they fall off. Well, we saw flip flops fall to the ground... WITH A FOOT STILL ATTACHED TO ONE OF THEM."

I don't find it surprising. Presumably, in some high traffic and high speed situations, the victim's body gets thrown in the path of another vehicle with insufficient time for them to avoid collision, and often the drivers behind or either side of the accident must be forced to suddenly swerve and dodge to avoid causing an even more deadly multi-car pile-up because of the first car having swerved and/or attempted an emergency stop.
