I've heard a conspiracy theory that Ace of Base has secret neo-nazi references, especially in the music video for I Saw The Sign. The band name is supposed to be a reference to some place Nazis called the Base of Aces. It sounds like bullshit, but if there is any place to mention this theory, I figured this would be it

I don’t think it’s bullshit. The song “All That She Wants” is about a welfare queen, too. They’re definitely a popular group with far right beliefs.

Years ago I had a similar experience with blue lights and a wub wub sound, I was also smoking copious amounts of Satan's leaf. Turned out to be several downed powerlines. But I definitely though it was aliens

So, I lived in a staff accommodation in Tofino with Kai back in 2011. When we all heard the story of him attacking that guy with a hatchet none of us were surprised. Again, I find I’m not surprised about this either. He really creeped me out back then and I did everything I could to avoid him at the time... real creepy story to hear!
