Happy Saturday!

Here's some progress on the hover train I've been working on. Now with the stand and the hover engines done. I have also got a few ideas for more variations later, like cargo train for small cargo, probably a flatbed for larger cargo plus weaponized variant. Would love to hear your thoughts as well!


Also painted the hull of the tank in blue!


Finally getting really close to unlocking the fifth stretch goal - canteen / kitchen for my current kickstarter:

How about a fuel tanker variant on the flat-bed, or some I-beams or re-bar mesh, coils of plasteel, cement mixer car or an armoured nuclear waste flask? Will there be a passenger car? When you do the armoured variant are you thinking of an armoured troop car, a flat-bed with armoured positions for troops to fight from, or a an armoured base that can accept a weapons turret? If you do a normal civilian passenger car how about an engine with a longer aerodynamic nose fairing (ie like a Shinkansen or TGV) to differentiate between high speed passenger train or the blunter workhorse cargo train. Sorry I've thrown so many ideas into the mix, but your model has gotten me pretty excited, I'm currently imagining an elevated track threading it's way way through a sprawling Neo-Osaka. OK, I'll shut my mouth, I seem to have just asked you for another Kickstarter. Absolutely adore what you have done so far, can't wait to see what else you have in store for us.

no this is great! This is the whole point of having Patreon so I can interact with you guys and bounce ideas off each other. Fuel tanker variant on flat bed is possible along with other cargo, but I've already done i-beams and steel coil from my Sato Heavy Industries so might skip those? I might skip the more civilian version since I did that with the Hikari but we shall see how the rest goes!
