Akihiro is ready + printed taxi + a small break through! (Patreon)

Happy Sunday everyone, I am getting ready to launch the Akihiro on Kickstarter soon. Please be patient and wait for the set to be released here though since there will be exclusive pieces as usual. This set will be released after the Sato Heavy Industries is done from July to October, again also with exclusive pieces. Printed some test floor pieces and painted in black/gold combo (I love that combo by the way).

Here is also an image of the prototype print of the taxi shuttle, love how it turned out and the size is just right in my opinion. Wonder what that little piece is below the taxi shuttle? I've actually designed and printed a hinge system for the first time. I know this is not rocket science in real life or 3d printing but to me it is. This should open the door to more designs that can leverage the hinge like doors / storage cabinets.
