Skyscraper (Chiheisen) update - research / conference room (Patreon)

Here we have another update of the skyscraper, hopefully you guys are not sick of this yet :)

We will call it Chiheisen, which means horizon in Japanese and sounds cool to me!

I have finished the research lab and In the process of wrapping up the meeting / conference room floor. After that the next floor will be security / armory / some open area. What other rooms should we have besides the missing top? I figured the second last floor will have actual stairs to go onto the roof floor instead of elevators. Kind of like the helipad where you walk up to it. So the floor will be partially open.
